INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL STRETCHER
Air Ambulance Network's Commercial Stretcher Service offers a cost-effective alternative to private Air Ambulance for International Transfers. There are very specific guidelines and numerous restrictions involved, and therefore each case is carefully and individually assessed. Eligibility is determined by our Medical Director who operates in association with the Medical Department of the Commercial Airline. Due to the approval process from the commercial airlines, normally we require 7 to 10 days notice in order to make necessary arrangements. Our ICU/CCU Aero-medically trained personnel specialize in critical care transports and carry with them all necessary emergency equipment, including but not limited to; cardiac monitor, defibrillator, oxygen and saturation monitor, emergency medication, etc.
Services Include:

Medical consultations with all physicians involved and medical documentation

All ticketing for our medical staff and patient in a designated section of aircraft (Ticketing for family members may also be included if requested)

Obtaining medical clearance and approval from airline

Ground ambulances in both cities (And for connections if required)

Monitoring of the transfer from start to finish, confirming every detail and ensuring all parties are kept updated at all times

Follow up upon completion of transfer including verbal reports to all parties involved
